There are words to remember more than others:
"Your nose is the size of King Kong's."
"Did Little Miss Goody-Two-Shoes get in trouble?"
"At least I didn't bomb Pearl Harbor."
And then the words you wish you hadn't:
"I felt I had to compete with you for him."
"I thought you were being too high maintenance."
"You write poems that only try to have meaning."
